CARIBBEAN SEA:
Ongoing U.S. Counter-Narcotics Strikes: A further U.S. strike on a suspected drug-smuggling vessel added to the campaign's rising death toll, reflecting continued military activity against trafficking targets in the region.
EUROPE:
Black Sea: Sustained Bilateral Port & Shadow Fleet Campaign: Russian and Ukrainian forces traded near-daily UAV and missile strikes on port infrastructure at Yuzhny, Odesa, Chornomorsk, Izmail, Mykolaiv, Mariupol, and Sevastopol, damaging multiple cargo vessels and tankers, while Ukraine's shadow-fleet campaign struck two more Russian-affiliated vessels and MSC suspended Novorossiysk bookings after a drone strike on one of its containerships.
RED SEA:
Renewed Houthi Targeting of Tankers & Port Infrastructure: Ansar Allah (the Houthis) struck a Saudi-flagged crude tanker off Yanbu and launched a four-missile barrage on the port of Mokha, sustaining elevated threat levels for shipping and port infrastructure in the corridor.
STRAIT OF HORMUZ:
State Conflict & Choke Point Closure: Following extensive U.S. airstrikes on coastlines and subsequent Iranian missile retaliation against regional U.S. bases, Iran officially broadcast a total navigational closure of the strait amidst severe drone and projectile strikes that disabled multiple merchant tankers and cargo vessels.
CARIBBEAN SEA
MISSILE STRIKE / 25TH AUGUST
A U.S. military strike on a suspected drug-smuggling go-fast vessel in the Caribbean killed four people, part of an ongoing campaign that has now claimed at least 227 lives across 68 strikes.

Operational Guidance
Operators should:
Watch for Air & Sea Projectiles: Maintain sharp lookouts for long-range UAVs, cruise missiles, and USVs across the Black and Red Seas; avoid travel through Strait of Hormuz.
Comply with Chokepoint Closures: Avoid entering the Strait of Hormuz due to unilateral state closures and active military engagement, unless explicitly authorized.
Mitigate Global Port & Anchorage Risks: Enforce anti-drug trafficking countermeasures in the Carribean and be on alert for burglary possibilities.
Deploy Maximum Active Deterrence: Ensure onboard security details are at peak readiness to repel state-level aggression and kinetic strikes in high-risk zones.
Monitor Urgent Military Broadcasts: Maintain constant watch on VHF Channel 16 for sudden navigation bans, and track emergency UKMTO, and MSCIO updates.
